What paper do you need to sell an old car in Sydney?
It's always safer to have proper documentation if you intend to sell a car to a junkyard. The junkyards will ask for your driver's licence, identity card, papers of ownership, and the vehicle's title. However, they will not require Rego because government-registered companies are allowed to buy registered or unregistered vehicles.

Is it possible to scrap a car without a title or Rego?
