Holden Gemini

The Holden Gemini, which is based on the Isuzu Gemini, is a compact car produced by Holden from 1975 to 1986. It was based on the GM T-car platform. The first Gemini, the TX series, was available as a four-door sedan (in S and SL trims) and as a two-door SL coupe. It was introduced in 1975 featuring under its hood a 1,584cc 1.6L G161Z SOHC four-cylinder engine that achieved peak power at 61 kW and a torque of 127 Nm.

Holden Jackaroo

The Holden Jackaroo is a midsize SUV produced by the Japanese automaker Isuzu as the Isuzu Trooper and sold in Australia rebranded as the Jackaroo. The production of the Trooper/Jackaroo ended in 2002 after it had survived two generations, from 1981-1991 for the first generation and 1991-2002 for the second generation. The first generation evolved, and in 1981, the car was developed to add both amenities and luxuries, including power windows, a V6 engine, and optional air conditioning. The second generation was more refined, and it was now available in a two-wheel and four-wheel drive.

The CX-5 was first shown as a concept in 2011 and shared a platform with the very popular Mazda 3 and Mazda 6. It was always a trade-off and buyers had to choose which one they needed more, or at times, had to buy both.
